What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it’s released. We order and reserve these products ahead of release on your behalf, so payment is taken in full at checkout.
Release dates and shipping
Each pre-order product page shows its expected release date. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. If a date moves, we’ll email you. Your order is prepared and shipped as soon as the product arrives at our facility, usually on or around release day.
Allocation
Popular releases are often in short supply, so the amount we receive isn’t fully guaranteed. To protect your order, we only sell a portion of our expected stock as pre-orders, which makes shortages unlikely. If we can’t fill your pre-order for reasons outside our control, you’ll be refunded in full. Pre-orders are filled in the order they were placed.
Price guarantee
Prices can change at any time, but once you place a pre-order your price is locked in and won’t be affected by later price changes.
Purchase limits
Some pre-orders have a per-customer limit, shown on the product page. We may cancel orders that go over the limit, including orders placed through multiple accounts or addresses. Cancelled orders receive a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships by emailing support@fabledrelics.com with your order number, and you’ll be refunded in full. In-stock orders can’t be cancelled once they’re placed.
After your pre-order arrives
Delivered pre-order items follow our Refund & Returns Policy. Cards and sealed product are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item or isn’t as described, email support@fabledrelics.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund, including return shipping.
Mixing pre-order and in-stock items
Please don’t buy pre-order and in-stock items in the same cart unless you want them shipped together. If you do, the whole order ships when the pre-order item is released. Place separate orders to get your in-stock items sooner.
Other policies
Our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy also apply to pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this Pre-Order Policy.
